Once the Design phase is complete for software or hardware solutions, I enter into the Development Support phase. In this phase, I provide additional design expertise to the development team. I work side-by-side with your team, meeting with them one-on-one to resolve any complications caused by unforeseen technical issues, and to address secondary or edge-case design issues.
When the product is sufficiently mature for testing, I can also participates in—or facilitate—usability testing to make sure the design is properly serving its users' needs.
