Rapid contextual inquiry during customer site visits provided valuable insights to the real-life product usage scenarios. I was able to discover how users from different types of organizations worked together to accomplish report development related tasks, identify technologies user is interested in learning, how often technical references for the report development related software was used, and collect artifacts (such as cheat sheets or actual reports that the user created).
